Join Phil as he welcomes back Kristin Patten, for a second interview on the podcast as she shares an amazing idea they rolled out at Antelope High School this past week called “Titans ALL IN Virtual Spirit Week.” Many schools have been rolling out virtual spirit weeks, but what makes this one unique is the idea that Kristin, the Activities Director at Antelope High School in Roseville, California had to include alumni from her past student government classes to participate and help coach her current leaders. Listen in as Kristin shares the idea, how they set it up, and the ripple effect of the TITAN SPIRIT that captured the entire community and alumni around the world! 

A little about Kristin:

Kristin Patten is the Activities Director at Antelope High School in Antelope, California.  She is the founding Activities Director at the school that opened in Fall 2008. She is passionate about maintaining a safe, positive, and fun school culture.  She prides herself on teaching her student leaders to do the right thing vs. what is popular when implementing events and using those leadership skills well into their adult lives. She is blessed to work with her husband at the same school who is her ever supportive life and work partner.  Together they work tirelessly creating a positive staff and student culture. They are the proud parents of their elementary school age son. As a family they love baseball, disney, and going to the beach!
