Does this require a team?

This product is great for either an individual educator or school team.

When purchasing a school license, the school can determine if they want to create a Connected Classroom team who will work through the video series together or if they want to grant access to individuals on their campus to use at their own pace.

One option is to get a group of veteran teachers and new teachers together to coach one another as they walk through the content.

The school license includes team workshop books and plans.

How will implementing the techniques change my classroom?

Your classroom will transform into a place where students are genuinely connected to each other.  Open communication with students, talking and sharing about their stories and your course content will be the new normal.  Students will have a classroom where they belong, feel safe and grow to be successful academically and socially. If you use the Connected Classroom, you will never approach class any other way!

Who was the Connected Classroom designed for?

The tools in the Connected Classroom are universal and can be used to teach core subjects as well as PE, art, band, choir, career and technical education and you can even use them with staff for professional development.  If you teach students, the Connected Classroom will work for you.

This product is recommended for middle and high school students.

I am so busy.  As great as having 24/7 access sounds, I can’t imagine finding time for something else to divide my time right now.  Any advice?

How often have you attended a live workshop and you left full of ideas, but got back to campus and new initiatives, grading papers, and attending meetings interfered with your implementation of the workshop ideas?  I hear you, it happens all the time! That is why our digital platform with 24/7 access works well for busy educators. You can access the content at any time and, with video lengths an average of 3 minutes and 30 seconds, you have the ability to work through the Connected Classroom in small or large chunks.

Does the Connected Classroom contain examples so I can see how it is done?

Yes!  At the beginning of each module we provide a demonstration of effective implementation of the Connected Classroom techniques.  Our demonstration videos show you what a Connected Classroom looks like, sounds like, and feels like.

I feel like I am already great at building classroom culture through relationships.  Why should I get the Connected Classroom?

In our 35 years working with schools we have met incredible educators who already have thriving classroom culture.  We also know that we have only come across a handful of educators who use the tools we provide in the Connected Classroom.  We want to make those tools available to the world so you can help your students be as successful as possible both academically and socially.

Our platform is 100% digital and all you need to gain access is a device that is connected to the internet.
