Lodging
You’ll have your own private room at the Hotel Indigo Naperville, checking in on Tuesday, February 3 and out on Wednesday, February 4.
If you would like to check in the evening before, on February 2nd, please let us know—we’re happy to arrange lodging. NOTE: an extra night is a separate charge from the inclusive fee noted below, which we can add to your invoice or you can be billed directly from hotel - contact LFL team to book.
Meals
We’ve got you covered! All meals are included from Tuesday mid morning bites through Wed lunch (Alcohol not included).

Our two days will take place at Hotel Indigo & Elements at Water Street, a stunning waterfront venue nestled on Naperville’s charming Riverwalk–the perfect setting to reflect, connect and recharge.
Check in will begin at 8:30 AM and we’ll kick things off at 9:00 AM sharp on Tuesday, February 3. We will wrap up around 3:30/4:00 PM on Wednesday, February 4.
A high-level agenda will be sent out to all participants ahead of the experience, so you’ll know exactly what to expect!

You just need to get yourself to the venue—we’ll take care of the rest! Your package includes all meals and lodging during the event, so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.
If you’re flying in, Chicago O’Hare Airport is about a 35-50 minute drive from the hotel (depending on traffic). Parking is included in the garage attached to the hotel if you choose to drive.
