Women in Leadership Mastermind

September - November 2025

For leaders who want to prioritize their health this fall.

From morning to night, you’re carrying it all—leading your team, caring for others, keeping everything together at home. And it can be exhausting.

The Women in Leadership Mastermind is an 8‑week journey designed to change that.

Through gatherings, weekly encouragement, and simple reflections, you’ll uncover practical ways to shift your daily rhythms—because it’s in the tiny moments that real change happens.

When you care for yourself in these small, intentional ways, you’ll build the strength and clarity to show up as the healthiest version of yourself—for both the people you love and the people you lead.

“Tiny Moments resonated so deeply that I knew I had to join the challenge—and it’s a decision I’ll never regret. It left me feeling renewed, refreshed, and more intentional in every area of life."

Leslie Coe, District Activity Manager, New Mexico

HOW THE MASTERMIND WILL WORK:

This 8‑week experience is designed to strengthen your leadership and protect your well‑being—without adding more to your already full plate.

What’s Included:

  • WEEKLY PROMPTS: Each week, you’ll finally have permission to pause and focus solely on your needs—something most women leaders rarely get.

REFLECT: Over 8 weeks, you’ll choose one powerful focus area to improve your well‑being. With regular check‑ins, you’ll get the accountability and encouragement to create real, lasting change—so progress actually happens.

CONNECT: Through 3 intentional group gatherings, you’ll gain the support of other women leaders who understand your world. You’ll share wins, troubleshoot challenges, and walk away with fresh ideas you can apply immediately.

This isn’t just another program—it’s a reset for your mind, body, and leadership. By the end, you’ll have practical rhythms to help you lead with more clarity, strength, and balance—while feeling healthier and more present in every part of life.

This should include at least one administrator, a key individual who directly shapes campus leadership and activities, and additional team members who are passionate about fostering a thriving school culture.
