Out of all the great nominees, Kelsey Graham a teacher from Middle Township High School was selected! During this podcast, Phil Boyte interviews Kelsey as she shares a few of the great ideas she implemented on her campus this past year. Listen in as Kelsey shares how they catch students doing great things around campus, support their staff members monthly, and focus on building thriving culture all year long.

A little about Kelsey:

Kelsey Graham is from Cape May Court House, NJ. She grew up in the area before attending Penn State University majoring in Secondary Education with a focus in Mathematics. Two months after graduating from Penn State, she was hired by Middle Township Public School District. She has been with Middle Township for 9 years teaching Geometry and AP Statistics. In addition to teaching, she has been a class advisor, winter cheerleading coach, and member of the Faculty council. This year she helped to start their Renaissance Education program.
