A little about Steve:

Steve Moos has worked in Broken Arrow Public schools since 2012 and has spent the past five as the day lead custodian at Country Lane Intermediate in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Steve and his wife Terri have been married for twenty-five years, have raised five children, and now have five grandchildren.  When not building incredible culture on campus, Steve loves all sports, chasing a ball around with his grandchildren, and playing golf with family and friends.

Even more from Todd Greathouse, Principal at Country Lanes Intermediate:

Mr. Moos exemplifies the characteristics that we strive to instill in our students. Hardworking, dedicated, passionate, and loving are just a few words that are often associated with him. Along with performing his everyday custodial duties at the highest level, he serves as a model of positivity to our staff, parents and students. Each morning he positions himself to greet everyone that enters our building with a smile and kind words. In the very rare instances when he is not at our site, students and staff ask “Where is Mr. Moos?” and “Is he okay?” His kind and friendly personality naturally attracts the attention of our students who often ask and volunteer to “help” him in his many activities. Mr. Moos promotes a positive climate in our building in a variety of ways. He dresses up as Santa and an assortment of other characters, actively participates in school programs and activities, grills us food and sings and dances in our cafeteria and down our halls. If you ask the administration, staff and students at CLI if Mr. Moos is the best custodian in Broken Arrow, they will say “No.” “He is the best custodian in the world!”
