Lodging
You’ll have your own private room at Hotel Winters from Sunday, October 5 untilTuesday, October 7.
If you would like to check in the evening before, on October 4th, please let us know—we’re happy to arrange lodging. NOTE: You will be responsible for this additional night’s charge, which will be billed directly by the hotel at checkout.
Meals
We’ve got you covered! All meals are included from Sunday lunch through Tuesday breakfast. (Alcohol not included.)

Our kick-off retreat will be hosted at Hotel Winters, a beautiful boutique spa hotel in the heart of downtown Winters, CA. Surrounded by incredible restaurants, renowned wine-tasting rooms, and charming local shops, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge.
We’ll kick things off at 10:00 AM on Sunday, October 5, and wrap up around noon on Tuesday, October 7.
A high-level agenda will be sent out to all participants, so you’ll know exactly what to expect!

You just need to get yourself to the venue—we’ll take care of the rest! Your package includes all meals and lodging during the event, so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.
If you’re flying in, Sacramento International Airport is about a 40-minute drive from the hotel. Parking is included, but you won’t need a car while you’re here. We highly recommend taking Uber or another ride service for a hassle-free arrival!
