Thursday, October 2 from 8:30am - 3:00pm.
A full agenda will be sent to all participants 2 weeks in advance.

Each school is responsible for their own lodging and transportation to the event.

The closest major airport to Winters, CA is Sacramento International Airport which is about 35 minutes away from the venue.
