A little about Heather:

Heather Garcia began her career in education as a high school PE teacher/coach and has since served in the roles of activities director, assistant principal, middle and high school principal, district director, assistant and associate superintendent. Her experiences in business and education are diverse. Heather loves to learn and collaborate and she's happiest when using what she knows to guide and support others! This plays out in her current life as a business owner and leadership coach. She's an impatient optimist who is passionate about big dreams and pollinating joy, loves adventure and spending time with her family and friends. Heather lives in Sacramento, California with her husband Mark & family. She is the proud parent of daughters Chloe and Arden.
