Summer 2024 COHORT:
From the creators of Link Crew, WEB, Breaking Down the Walls, and the School Culture Summit comes the People First Administrator Cohort.
The experience includes a 3 day retreat, quarterly Zooms, and access to the People First Resource Library.
More than anything else, you will be joining a PEOPLE FIRST community of like-minded leaders who are in your corner, offering ideas and support as you continue to build thriving culture.
THe Content:
The Cohort provides a small group of district leaders and school administrators the community, content, and coaching to align incredible academics with a thriving culture based on the People First Culture Framework.
The Retreat:
The Cohort will begin with a 3 day retreat to build connections, learn the foundations of the PEOPLE FIRST Culture Process, and leave with clarity on your focus areas for the next few months.
The retreat will be June 18 - 21, 2024 at the Hayes Mansion in San Jose, California.
WHO IS THIS DESIGNED FOR:
District Leaders and School Administrators in an administrative role for at least one year.
We limit the group to 25 participants.
