Here are further details about the Cohort Retreat June 18 - 21, 2024.

LOCATION:

Hayes Mansion: 200 Edenvale Ave, San Jose, CA 95136

As one of Northern California’s most iconic and historic destinations, Hayes Mansion is an intimate escape to timeless comfort. This award-winning Silicon Valley hotel offers extraordinary accommodations, delectable dining, and spacious seclusion to all that journey through their gates.

AgEnda:

The retreat starts at 4:30pm on Tuesday, June 18 and will end at 12:00pm on Friday, June 21.

  • An agenda will be sent out participants leading into the retreat.

  • Friday morning is an important part of the experience, so we please ask participants stay through the duration of the retreat.

Airport Details:

There are three airports that are within 20 minutes - 75 minutes from the venue. Bay Area traffic can shift pretty quickly, so please give yourself ample time to arrive and depart.

  • San Jose International Airport* - Approx. 18 - 25 minutes away

  • San Francisco International Airport - Approx. 50 - 75 minutes away

  • Oakland International Airport - Approx. 50 - 75 minutes away

*You will not need the use of a car during the retreat, therefore if you are flying into San Jose Airport we would highly recommend UBER.

PRICE & What is included:

Price:

  • $6,000 for each participant which includes the retreat, quarterly ZOOMS, and access to the People First Resource Library.

Lodging:

  • Each participant will have an individual room starting Tuesday, June 18 at 3pm through Friday, June 21 at 10am.

  • Check-in begins at 3pm, but attendees are more than welcome to arrive early to enjoy the hotel amenities starting at 12pm.

Meals:

  • The package includes all meals starting at dinner on Tuesday, June 18 through breakfast on Friday, June 21.

  • Alcohol is not included.

Misc:

  • Our package includes free on-site parking , access to a pool, walking trail, and fitness center. Property information is HERE.
