Jennifer Prince joins Phil to talk about the power of being a positive leader. She is the Executive Director of Teaching, Learning, and Innovation for the Glendora Unified School District and shares pieces of the research she did for her dissertation focused on the relationships between positive leaders, teacher satisfaction, and overall staff morale.  Listen in as she and Phil give practical ways to create more positivity in whatever role you play. 

A little about Jennifer: 

Dr. Jennifer Prince is currently the Executive Director of Teaching, Learning, and Innovation in Glendora Unified School District in southern California. Before this, she was a principal, assistant principal, district Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA), and has taught numerous grades from kinder through 8th grade. Leveraging her career-long passion for positive leadership, Dr. Prince earned her doctorate in Organization Leadership at the University of La Verne with a dissertation focus on the relationship between positive leadership and teacher job satisfaction and overall staff morale.
